The Swindon Dyslexia Centre was founded in 1991 by Maria Chivers, who is an international author on Dyslexia and Specific Learning Difficulties (SpLDs).

We are a widely respected organisation of educational specialists offering a high quality service to our clients. We can offer expertise and information in a number of areas of special educational needs.

It is important to identify children with Speech & Language Therapy (SALT) at the earliest possible time, so that the child can be assessed and a comprehensive educational plan put in place to help the child.
