Book Jumbled Lettersa Dyscalculia Assessment / Test


To book an appointment, please email with your full personal details, including:


• Student's full name
• Date of Birth
• Address
• Home Telephone No.
• Work Telephone No. (if applicable)
• Mobile Telephone No. (if applicable)
• Email address. (if applicable)


Please indicate whether you would like a morning or an afternoon appointment. If a child is under eleven years, then it is usually better to make an appointment in the morning.


Once an appointment is agreed, we will require a non-refundable deposit, to be paid by Paypal, Visa, Master or Debit card.
When the deposit is received, (if appropriate) you will receive a 'Pre-Assessment Questionnaire', for you to complete and return.
