Fatty Acids & Vegetarians & Dyslexia
Fatty Acids & Vegetarians (Dyslexia)
If you are a vegetarian, you can still get your fatty acids from several different things, including:
1. Flaxseed Oil
2. Flaxseed, Ground
3. Rapeseed Oil
4. Walnuts
5. Tofu
There is now a fatty acid supplement, called: 'V-pure algae'.
For further information, go to the Vegetarian Society, at: http://www.vegsoc.org.
The above information is an extract from my latest book: ‘Dyslexia and Alternative Therapies’.
